I find enjoyment in finding and using different variations of combination or plow planes. Part of that is collecting such planes. This is one of my recent additions, a Stanley #42, though a slight hodge podge of reproduction parts

I recently acquired what I think is a user/shop made combination plane. It’s well made, but does not seem to be a manufactured plane. It’s a pretty cool example of a combination plane that a machine shop would be able to make, though.

The Veritas Box Maker’s Plow Plane is a miniature plow plane based off the Record 043, and has some nice upgrades. Taking a look at the plane from a high level before I get in to an actual review/detailed dive into it later.
